*Vector watched Sonic’s ruby eyes glare even more into his soul.* Hehe yeah… You act a lot meaner then the original Sonic, It’s new to me. I was wondering when he’d show his mean side. Now your standing before me, ah what a sight.
So the hero Sonic has a side like me…?
Well. Maybe all I have to do is bring it out in him, and he’ll stop being such a goody-goody.
*The fox flinched. He hadn’t meant to yell out his best friend’s name. It has a habit. A cry that usually ended up in him being saved but..his Sonic was nowhere near here-
‘Is he the one I met before?’
He’d..already met his Sonic?! Wait..did that mean..Sonic was nearby?! And he knew how to deal with this guy?! But..Tails didn’t want to rely on Sonic. He couldn’t have his brother-in-soul save him all the time. He had to at least try by himself first. And not messing around in panic like he had been.
While still clinging to the Sonic’s hand, Tails tried to lift himself slightly. He had a plan but he wasn’t sure if he’d be able to pull it off. He had to attempt to at least*
He raises an eyeridge. What was this Foxboy doing….
He didn’t need this one being a smartass, too. So he throws him off, letting go of his neck as he tosses him to the floor.
She got thrown back again and slowly gets onto her feet, panting and glaring at the hedgehog. She felt something deep inside her filled with rage, her eyes starting to glow a bit of green like chaos energy," You're..gonna regret saying that!" She charges at him again with robotic fist, something green glowing around it.
He grabs her arm, thinking the green energy shouldn’t be touched by his hands, with his own arm and hand.
Once he’s got a firm grip, he throws her over his body, smacking her into the ground that was behind him before.
What the fuck is wrong with you? *she's not looking for a fight, she just wants to know why this evil Sonic traveled here and was tourturing everyone. Her brow is furrowed and a frown is spread across her lips, but her eyes sparkle with worry.*
She fell down and grunted with the foot right in her stomach, grabbing his leg with her robotic hand. She grunted and yanked to pull him down, sending her right fist at him," You won't get me that easily!"
So he’s pulled, the right fist sent at him. He dodges it and aims a punch of his own.
“I’m allowed to be sentimental… And don’t you plan on murdering me eventually, anyway?”
He lowers his head and looks away. Keep it together. He’s the enemy. It’s all a bunch of lies.
He’s had enough burning in his head for a while.
“… what, no biting insult this time? You love to make me feel bad, so go ahead.”
His voice shakes fractionally. He doesn’t want to be insulted. He wants to scream. But he’s not going to, oh no he’s not going to. Rage, indignation, and defiance are all bubbling up inside him — though none of these are directed at Sonic. It’s Snively. Always Snively.
Don’t beg for it when I’m being merciful, Foxboy.
He’s still rather beat up from his own inner turmoil from last night…he doesn’t know what to believe, but he keeps repeating himself.
He’s the enemy. It’s all lies. He’s the enemy. It’s all lies.
Anything to stop the horrible burning from before….Not again, please; no.
*His ears twitch; he listens in once this Sonic discusses something he’d want to listen to.
And once he realizes that it’s not for keeps, but for kidnapping, this Sonic does what he does best.
Once he’s far out of the woods, he cups his hands around his mouth as he lets his legs do the work.*
RED EYE ALERT!
RED. EYE. ALERT!
Sonic — that is, sixteen year old Sonic — is pretty damn lucky that Tails happened to be flying around at this exact moment. He hears the other’s voice, ears perking, and immediately he dives downward, adjusting the speed of his flight so that he’s able to meet up with the younger Sonic.
“Red eye alert?” His fists raise as he turns, gazing at “his” Sonic. This is his responsibility. He shouldn’t get another Zone wrapped in his own messes. He has to allow the other Zone’s Sonic an opportunity to escape, and Tails knows only one way to do that. It doesn’t matter, it’s not like “his” Sonic hasn’t tortured him before. It’s fine, he’ll do this. He can do this.
He tightens his muscles, clenching his fists, and aims a punch for the red-eye. He’s not going to let him capture the younger one. Never.
Sonic puts his arms up on an x, blocking the punch and stopping dead in his tracks. After growling and holding the x there, he breaks it and flips far enough to be a good foot away from the fox.
He gets into a pose; ready to strike as the Hybrids begin to arrive.
His eyes glow and he smirks. Those things always came quick enough if you doddled too much. And he thinks he stalled just enough time to surround them.
